The Award that sets your pay and conditions is up for renegotiation before its expiry mid this year. With Transport for NSW still yet to finalise its position heading into negotiations, the PSA is looking to complete its log of claims.
In 2016 and 2018, in preparation for the last two rounds of negotiations, we ran surveys of the membership around their conditions of employment and what they would like to see change. The results from these surveys inundated us with great ideas. Some of these, including the need for a new flexible work agreement, were part of our negotiations last time around.
Due to the fantastic results we have received in the past, we will once again be conducting a survey of our membership to ensure we can best represent their interests in negotiations.
