We Want to Hear From You: Proposed Customer Experience Unit Restructure

The Public Service Association is aware of recent announcements concerning the restructuring of the Customer Experience Unit (CXU) within the Customer Delivery and Transformation (CDT) Division,

The decision to delete CXU operations follows the NSW Government’s budget adjustments and a shift in funding priorities. All ongoing non-executive roles within CXU are impacted, with the draft Change Management Plan (CMP) now open for consultation until 27 March 2024.

Moving Forward Together:

The PSA is actively engaging with department leadership to ensure that the rights and interests of our members are front and center in all discussions related to the restructure.
