Due to recent enquires, we would like to provide all members with up-to-date resources on bullying. The PSA also regularly conducts training on Dealing with Workplace Bullying, which will recommence in the new year and details of which can be viewed HERE,

As union members, we support and listen to each other to create a safe workplace for all.

The Public Service Commission website provides useful resources to clearly explain actions that could be considered bullying and conversely, management and employment functions which would not be considered bullying.  Factsheets can be found HERE and further resources HERE.

Be aware that bullying is repeated and unreasonable behaviour. Having a disagreement or difference of opinion is not in and of itself bullying.
