Are you overworked? Burnt out? We want to hear from you

The PSA has been working with your delegates to gather information on workload issues across the state. The union has received feedback from members that the start of term 1 saw a huge increase in workload, on top of the normal start of the school year tasks. This has been further impacted by staffing shortages, illness and staff needing to isolate.

The PSA is continuing to lobby the Department for additional resources and is working to ensure a range of concerns raised by members are listened to and resolved.  So that we can better understand member’s concerns, and where they are occurring, we have put together a survey that will help us to progress these important issues.

Tell us what you think

We want to hear from all classifications of members in schools about how things are for you.

The survey is slightly longer than those we have sent in the past, but if you can spare just 10 minutes of your time to help your union support the membership please fill in the survey.

We will be using the outcomes of the survey to inform our discussions with the Department of Education. The survey is completely confidential and no individual respondent will be identified.
