Your union has been asked by members to consider the option of requesting a regrading of your role.

While it is always appropriate to consider duties being performed and compare them to what is in your role description, there is also a concern that opening up the role to regrading brings the risk of the role changing in such a way that you are no longer a fit for it.  Which could result in the loss of your job.  You should also be aware that if you have any individual arrangements these may not carry across into a new role.

Before we make a decision in relation to this request, we are seeking your feedback.
