There are still some line delegate vacancies that need to be filled so please consider nominating. Workplace delegates are the lifeblood of your union. You are the voice of your workplace, and you will work directly with your Organiser and Industrial Officer to advocate for your colleagues at Cobham YJC. Elected delegates will be provided with training and support from PSA staff. Elected delegates also have additional protection under the Award.
Unity is strength. It is essential we are united and strong to continue protecting your rights and entitlements at work. Unionised workplaces are better workplaces.
If you are interested in becoming a delegate/activist or contact, please email your industrial staff.
