Consultation Opens on Draft Risk Assessment
This week, Personal Injury Commission (PIC) employees were advised at a Town Hall that consultation had commenced on the draft COVID 19 Office Risk Assessment. Employees should have received a consultation pack and copy of the draft Risk Assessment to review.
Consultation on the draft Risk Assessment will close Wednesday 9 February 2022. Your union is aware that PIC has not offered a channel for its employees to provide feedback anonymously, despite anonymity often increasing engagement and fostering honesty during consultation.
Should you wish to provide feedback anonymously you can provide it to the PSA by contacting member support on and quoting call number 173841. Your feedback will then be de-identified and submitted with your union’s feedback.

The draft Risk Assessment will be an agenda item for discussion, your Industrial Officer Phoebe Dangerfield and Organiser Amira Thomson will also be present.
We strongly encourage you to invite any non-members who wish to provide anonymous feedback to attend the meeting and join your union, the PSA.
