Premier’s Department: Change Management Plan update meeting
Members will recall as reported in the member bulletin of 15 September HERE that an extension had been secured until 25 September for staff feedback on the original Fin Ops branch change proposal.
Premier’s Department conducted an Operations Team information session on 27 November 2025 in relation to the revised change proposal, and the accompanying document can be found HERE.
The change proposal has been reviewed, including some changes to the original plan which now will see a number of other staff impacted.
The PSA will hold a members’ meeting at 2pm Monday 8 December via Teams to discuss the revised Change Management Plan, and deal with any member concerns.
