We’re very fortunate to have Dr Hugh Mackay AO as our guest speaker at the Annual General Meeting of the PSA CPSU NSW Retired Associates. Dr Mackay is a social psychologist and researcher, and bestselling author of 24 books, including nine novels. His latest non-fiction book, The Way We Are, was published in May 2024 and follows the success of The Kindness Revolution.
Dr Mackay has had a 60-year career in social research and was also a weekly newspaper columnist for more than 25 years.
His work focusses on the profound social and technological changes occurring in our society amid problems of loneliness, depression, anxiety and poverty and his ideas to address these challenges.
Dr Mackay’s Zoom presentation will commence at 10:30am sharp so we will be starting our meeting at the earlier time of 10:00am. Please join us for this presentation and our AGM.
