The unions have collated the feedback from their members and provided joint feedback regarding the proposed business rules; you can see this feedback HERE. Whilst consultation closed on 25 November, you can contact your PSA representative if you have further feedback.
The draft business rules fail to provide a solid rostering framework that will adequately address members’ concerns, including managing fatigue, providing greater consistency in rosters, equity in rostering and consultation on rosters. Consistent with the unions seeking rostering principles, we are pressing for these issues to be addressed through a set of rostering principles.
The unions are seeking to meet with TfNSW before the end of the year to discuss the feedback and rostering principles.
