The PSA would like to thank all its WSO members who voted in the recent ballot on workplace conditions. The overwhelming majority of members (88.89%) voted to negotiate a local arrangement to refer their hours of work to the Transport for NSW, Sydney Metro & Roads & Maritime Services Flexible Working Hours Agreement 2019.
The PSA has subsequently written to the department seeking the relevant paperwork so that the agreement can be ratified ASAP. In the very near future we should have this agreement signed off on by both parties and all WSOs across the State will be moved onto the flexible working hours agreement.
