‘Expected Participation Model’ – After Hours Emergency Response Service

The Department has responded to the PSA and has suspended all consultation on the proposed draft ‘Expected Participation Model’. A copy of the Department’s correspondence is HERE.

The Department will now be seeking to address this as part of the section 19 review of the Award, which is to be run in conjunction with the arbitrated dispute on Inspectors competencies as defined by clause 16.1 of the Award.

Competencies dispute

The PSA has filed its evidence with the IRC for the competencies dispute on 8 March 2019. A hearing date for both the dispute and s.19 review has been set for 12 June 2019.
