The Department of Customer Service has initiated a restructure of the Digital & Data Directorate, affecting a number of positions. This is the final step in the breakup of the Better Regulation Division to the separate regulators; SafeWork NSW, Fair Trading and the Building Commission.
The Department has confirmed that this is a repoint of roles, with no job losses as a result of this transition. In addition, the PSA has sought confirmation that impacted employees will transition with current entitlements, including flexible working agreements and home office locations.
The consultation period will end at close of business Thursday 11 April 2024.
