Estate Management restructure update

On 1 November 2021 we notified members of an update in relation to the Estate Management EM restructure.

As per our previous bulletin, the PSA has finally received a reply from NSW Trustee & Guardian (NSWT&G) management which can be read HERE.

A detailed table summary regarding a reply to PSA feedback provided regarding concerns can be seen HERE.

NSWT&G has also provided a consultation feedback summary which can be found HERE. The final operating model can be found HERE along with the latest updated FAQs which can be found HERE. We have also received the latest role descriptions.

At this stage, the majority of the members have received a placement at grade.

The position of the PSA is that all members should be assigned at grade in order to mitigate any adverse effects of the restructure. We are currently awaiting a reply from NSWT&G management in relation to some members who have not been.
