People matter, That’s not how we feel say Hunter PSA members – June 2017 (PDF version)

The members of the Ageing Disability and Home Care (ADHC) Hunter Central Coast PSA Workplace Group, as part of the ongoing ‘no confidence motion’ regarding the absence of principled leadership from Michael Coutts-Trotter (Secretary, Family and Community Services), the Minister for Disability Services, and the Premier of NSW, have passed the following motion:

Hunter and Central Coast PSA ADHC members are not to participate in the completion of the 2017 People Matter Employee Survey.

In view of the ongoing lack of pastoral care and respect shown to ADHC staff during the privatisation of disability services, the forced transfer of staff to non-government service providers and other processes such as the Cluster Operating Model and the Mobility Pathway, the Workplace Group have passed the following motion:

The ADHC Hunter Central Coast PSA ADHC Workplace Group is to develop the 2017 People DO NOT Matter Employee Survey, focusing on staff experiences and opinions regarding their forced transfer or experiences of other processes such as the Cluster Operating Model and the Mobility Pathway, which is to be distributed to all staff for completion in the Hunter and Central Coast Districts.

The Executive of the ADHC Hunter Central Coast PSA Workplace Group strongly encourages all Hunter and Central Coast staff to complete the 2017 People DO NOT Matter Employee Survey designed to find out how you really feel about how you’re being treated.
