Better Regulation Division has briefed your union on changes proposed to be made within the structure. We understand that you have already been briefed on this.
The changes include:
- Creation of the Customer Experience and Program Delivery Function
- Creation of the Office of the Deputy Secretary
- Move of the Operational Practice team to Stakeholder Engagement & Community Education (SECE)
We have been advised that Stage 1 will be a lift and shift with a vacant Director role being recruited to and a change of reporting line for one manager
Stage 2 will see changes to some roles, with new Director roles in Program Delivery and Customer Experience.
While there will be newly created roles in Customer Experience, BRD will move staff based on EOIs for the roles and also for streams. People will be assigned to a role if they don’t participate so bear that in mind. Suitability assessments may be entered into if there are more applicants than roles in particular areas.
