Consultation on 24 hour 7 day rotating roster
The Department of Customer Service has advised PSA of a proposal to move employees to a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
We are further advised that discussions have been held with employees and that consultation is now open.
The PSA want to hear from you. Your feedback to us will be submitted, de-identified, to your employer on your behalf.
We encourage members to engage in this process by providing feedback to the PSA by close of business 3 August 2025.
