Consultation period: icare Complaints Management Team

The PSA has had a further two meetings with icare management following representations in the Industrial Relations Commission in late 2022 in relation to the proposed changes to the Workers Compensation Complaints Operations.

We have been advised that icare management has had discussions with the impacted staff on Thursday 2 February and that the two-week consultation period for the proposed changes started from that date through to 16 February 2023.

As always, the PSA encourages all affected staff to engage with any change management process and to actively asked questions of your management if you have any.
