Functional review consultation: Homes NSW Southern and Western District
The Acting District Director and Management Team provided a briefing with the PSA, where we had discussion on the consultation process about the functional review.
The Department will meet with staff and discuss any proposed changes over the next two weeks. The District is looking to finalise the review by 6 October 2025.
No staff will be required to change office locations as a result of the review.
During the period of consultation, we strongly encourage members to raise any questions, concerns or proposals with both your Managers, Delegates and the PSA.
We will collate members’ feedback and that will form the basis of our discussions with Senior Management as part of the formal consultation process.
