We have also sent all members as at mid-day 3 September 2019 an email outlining the package and a link to vote.

We are collating common questions and will be releasing a Q&A document tomorrow. Remember that you do not need to vote until 5pm 11 September 2019.
This will give you time to read all the documentation necessary prior to voting.

There are a number of reasons why this could have happened. You may have unsubscribed to PSA emails previously, not provided us with an email address when you joined, the email has gone to your junk folder or there has been an error when your email was input into the database.
