The PSA has been notified of a proposed restructure within NSW Fair Trading. The restructure aims to create two new taskforces: one will report to the Rental Commissioner and the other to the Strata and Property Services Commissioner.

Currently, 91 roles are indicated as being impacted by these changes. However, your union has secured a commitment that there will be no job losses as part of this restructure. Additionally, current work locations and flexible work arrangements will remain unchanged.
