PSA CPSU NSW membership update: Important information for members
This year the PSA CPSU NSW is updating its online membership systems.
On 24 October 2024 your union will move from the existing membership system accessible via our website to a new platform that will provide members with better service.
At midday on 24 October, our existing member portal will close while we bring the system replacing it online. We expect this to take approximately two weeks, which will allow us to train staff and perform final testing before we provide members with access.
During this transition it is important we have your most up-to-date details.
When the new system is in place, we will no longer be able to accept cheques for accounts or other payments. Therefore, to remain a financial member, please ensure we have your Direct Debit or Credit Card details entered into the system.
If you need to update your details, please do so as soon as possible before the current portal is taken offline. With the new system you will only be sent bulletins to ONE email address, so please go into the member portal now and ensure your preferred email address is noted.
