Public Guardian restructure update

As you may be aware, the consultation period for the restructure has now closed.

The PSA provided a written response outlining your concerns based on the feedback provided. You can view this response HERE.

We will keep you informed of any replies received and if any there are any further concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out. The Public Guardian (PG) restructure team has replied, advising us we can anticipate a meeting to further discuss the feedback received.

So far, management has not set a timeline for finalising the consultation period and we have not been notified on when this will occur. We have requested that any further feedback is considered, considering the short consultation period of one week.

The PSA and your delegates had a meeting with the PG Management team last week, and an updated FAQ is now on SharePoint which might address some of your concerns.

There will be another members’ meeting to discuss further this week. Details will be distributed shortly.
