The PSA has become aware the Justice Finance Restructure has commenced. The PSA’s role is to ensure the restructure follows GSE guidelines, is fair to staff, and to raise members’ concerns with Justice.
The PSA must genuinely be consulted by the Department during a restructure and be provided with adequate time to obtain feedback from affected members.
The PSA is currently collating feedback from our members in Finance.

The PSA will be contacting Justice within the next few days to arrange a meeting to discuss the Finance Restructure and raise concerns on behalf of our members.
