Official notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting for the Frank Baxter Work Place Group, to be conducted by electronic ballot. Nominations are called for eight Executive Committee members as follows:
- Chair
- Secretary
- Vice Chair
- Assistant Secretary
- Women’s Officer
- Line Delegates (3)

Nominations close Thursday, 7 April 2022. Forms must be completed via Survey Monkey by 4:00pm on 7 April 2022.
If there is a ballot, candidates who wish to have a profile available for voters to read should provide a brief statement of 300 words or less stating how they will best represent members’ interests.
