The annual People Matter Employment Survey (PMES) is now open.

The survey closes on 16 September 2022 and your union is asking members to complete the survey.

The PMES is your chance to confidentially tell the Department, and the Government, your views on how the Department operates. These results can be used to drive improvements in employee conditions and customer service.

The results provide useful statistics for union submissions on a whole range of employment-related matters. They also provides the PSA with evidence to support positive changes we may be advocating with the Rural Fire Service. This is why it is the interests of members that as many of you as possible fill out the survey.

We ask members to please ensure any comments on the survey are delivered in professional language, out of respect for colleagues whose job it is to process the results. But make sure you have your say. You may find you are not alone. Having your say is how you make change happen!
