COVID – 19 Vaccination Policy Update

The PSA has been advised by the Department of Planning and Environment that they have finalised their COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for DPE staff.

According to the policy, vaccination is no longer a requirement of all staff. If issues arise in the workplace due to the vaccination mandate being relaxed, the PSA has been advised the issue will be case managed.

The PSA has been advised there will be a return to a normal hybrid approach to flexible working arrangements.

The Department have advised they received over three-hundred pieces of individual feedback on the policy, as well as the Union’s submission.
