Crown Solicitor’s Office: Update on the Paralegal Functional Review Consultation

Reminder call out for member feedback

PSA members will be aware that the Paralegal Functional Review consultation period has been extended.

Feedback from members has already been received and is in the process of being anonymised and collated. It’s not too late to have your say!

Your PSA local Delegates along with industrial staff have planned to meet with the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) to discuss feedback received. The meeting with CSO management is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon 20 March 2024.

Do you have feedback?

If you haven’t provided feedback and wish to, we can take your submission up until lunch time 19 March 2024.

Ideally, when the PSA meets with management, it will have an inclusive team so that all cohorts of the PSA membership in CSO are represented.

If you are a member directly affected by the Paralegal Functional Review and would like to join the union team meeting with management, please contact Louise Coory and/or Anthony Wright to discuss.

Next steps

If you have already provided the PSA with feedback, thank you.

Members who have yet to provide feedback and would like their views to be heard, should email their feedback to the PSA by noon on 19 March 2024.

Remember, the PSA can only effectively advocate for members if you take the time to provide us with your feedback.

Your anonymised feedback will be submitted to CSO for review and consideration on 19 March 2024.
