Digital Identity and Verifiable Credentials
Your union has been advised of a new temporary Director role being created in Service NSW to focus on an existing Minister priority called Digital Identity and Verifiable Credentials (DIVC).
The team that currently look after Digital Identity and Verifiable Credentials (DIVC) are already in Partnerships, Projects and Insights (PPI) and are part of the Digital portfolio in the PPI team.
It’s proposed that three people, along with direct reports, will repoint from the existing Director to the new dedicated Director.
We understand that discussions with affected staff have occurred.
Consultation is now open and we encourage members to engage in this process by providing feedback to PSA by close of business 3 September 2025
