The PSA understands members at the CSO are experiencing significant difficulties with the new Elite system. It appears that the issues are across the membership, affecting administrative staff, accounts staff and solicitors. The PSA has drafted a survey about Elite for members in order to gather further information about problems members are experiencing.

All responses will remain anonymous. Members will be kept updated as to the survey results and any response management provides as the matter develops.
