Environment Protection Authority: Meeting for PSA members
The Public Service Association (PSA) is calling a follow up members’ meeting for the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) to discuss the restructure and provide an update from the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) and ongoing consultation with the EPA management.
Michael Parsons will be at 6PSQ and Michael Sinclair will be at the Dubbo EPA office.

The PSA was back in the IRC on Monday 17 November and requested additional information relating to the demographic impacts of the proposed changes and details of the matched EO12 positions asked for by our members
The EPA has since provided that information and is presented HERE.
The PSA and the EPA are still in discussions regarding the release of the consultants’ reports used to justify the proposed changes and we have commenced our internal process to lodge a request for the information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
