Estate Management restructure

Thank you to all members who provided feedback to the restructure. We have received a large amount of feedback. We also thank your PSA Delegates for their assistance in relation to the restructure documents and attending various meetings with management.

The PSA has submitted your feedback to NSW Trustee and Guardian (NSWTG) regarding the Change Management Plan and Role Descriptions. You can view that correspondence HERE.

In addition, the PSA formally requested an extension of the time for consultation, although management only provided a further extension of two days.

On 28 October 2021 the PSA and delegates met with NSWTG management to discuss the feedback received.

Unfortunately, management did not prepare a written response to the concerns that were raised.

The PSA is waiting on a written reply to the feedback sent regarding some concerns. We have asked that the FAQ’s are updated to reflect the individual member concerns which have already been addressed.

We ask that if any members have received a reply from management, and are not satisfied, to contact us so that we are aware.

We also have a Joint Consultative Committee scheduled for Wednesday 3 November 2021 in which we will follow up the outstanding written response.
