Concerned members in the Planning Group have reached out to the PSA, highlighting activities in the Department that bear resemblance to a restructuring process.

The Department initiated these activities without prior notice, and the PSA was entirely uninformed of any such restructuring efforts within the Planning Group. Had it not been for our members directly contacting us to express their concerns, the PSA would have remained unaware of these developments.

Your industrial representatives promptly contacted the Department, requesting an urgent meeting to address the proposed restructuring.

Should the Department fail to engage with the PSA regarding these proposed restructuring activities, we are prepared to seek the intervention of the Industrial Relations Commission.
