Revenue NSW – transition to Service NSW
Transition to Service NSW - Feb 2020 (PDF version)
PSA Call Number 127366
Members are justifiably concerned about the transfer and have already raised a number of issues which the PSA will seek to have the Department address.
The PSA is in the process of collecting and collating member concerns which we will present to the Department. Members will have the opportunity to comment on the draft prior to it being forwarded to Management. We will ensure that all members’ voices are heard. This will be your opportunity to confirm that your concerns have been included.
What you need to do:
- Ensure your membership is up to date. The PSA will act to ensure that individual member concerns regarding flexibility will be acted on by the Department. If you have concerns around the flexibility you need for carers or other work/life obligations don’t leave it too late – join the PSA today!
- Keep your eye out for PSA bulletins.
- Alert the PSA immediately if management impose a deadline that seems unreasonable.
- The PSA understands that management have told staff they won’t be responding to every concern staff raise. Management are obliged to respond to every concern that the PSA raises on behalf of members, so if you have feedback ensure it is submitted to the PSA via your Organiser Ian Little .
