For nearly 10 years Service NSW employees have played a pivotal role in supporting the citizens of NSW. The services provided during the recent bushfires, the COVID-19 pandemic and the flood crises have been vital. Nearly everyone at some point has used the services provided through the hard work and dedication of all Services NSW employees.

Now, the union for Service NSW employees, the Public Service Association would like to hear from you about your workload, work/life balance and your views on job security. This survey will help the PSA better understand and represent your interests to management.

The survey  will only take two minutes. Individual responses will not be disclosed to Service NSW.

This survey is open to PSA members and interested non-members.
