Office of Sport have contact PSA to advise of the proposed Restructure of the Central Reservations Team.
It is PSA understanding that all impacted staff have been spoken to directly and advised that they would be transferred into the new structure. Some temporary roles have also been made permanent, which is welcome news impacted employees and the PSA.
As the consultation period is taking place during the PSA and Public Service shutdown, please contact the PSA before Wednesday 20 December 2023 if you require assistance and/or to provide feedback so we can make arrangements to ensure appropriate support.
Regardless of the impact to your role, whether it’s a change of reporting line or the transfer of your role to a new team, if you have concerns about what these changes mean for you PSA encourages you to engage with the change management process and to actively ask questions of your management if you have any.
