The Public Service Association (PSA) has been provided with a Change Management Plan (CMP) for the Rural Fire Services (RFS) Aviation Services. The CMP was released to staff for consultation on Thursday 26 October 2023 with a two-week period for consultation and review. The plan can be found HERE.
In light of this timeline, the PSA requests that its members actively engage in this process by offering their feedback on the CMP by 6 November 2023.
Your active participation in this consultation process will play a crucial role in ensuring that the CMP is as comprehensive and reflective of your interests as possible. This feedback will be instrumental in the PSA’s efforts to advocate for the best outcomes for its members.
The PSA is committed to providing this collective feedback to the RFS by the close of the consultation period on 8 November 2023.
