Land and Housing Corporation – Urgent Member Meeting

Thank you to those members who were able to attend the PSA meeting on Monday 20th November for all staff affected by the Portfolio Management – Workforce Transition Strategy. The forum supported members to raise questions and concerns on the proposed reform with PSA Industrial Officer Shane Howes. PSA Delegates and representatives of the Working Group were also available to clarify processes for members.

Despite the best efforts from Department of Planning and Environment Human Resources, there were several issues with individual assignments and information sharing. The PSA encourages those individuals who have questions regarding their assignments to book a 1:1 meeting with the relative Director to raise your concerns and discuss strategies to rectify the situation.

PSA delegates on the working group have committed to providing support to those individuals as part of that process.
