If you have received a letter of allegations of misconduct concerning the events of
28 March 2021, you should have now received an email from attaching the PSA’s response and instructions for how to adopt this response.
We note that this email was only sent to members who had previously emailed the PSA their allegations.
If you have received allegations but you have not received the PSA’s response, please email with a copy of your allegations immediately. We will then email you a copy of the PSA’s response for you to adopt if you wish.
To summarise the PSA’s response, we reject that the allegations amount to misconduct. We argue that this is an industrial matter and not a disciplinary matter and accordingly CSNSW should withdraw the allegations immediately.
The current deadline for the responses is 7 July 2021.
