You received a bulletin from us on Monday, 11th September 2023 which contained information about the People Matters Employee Survey (PMES).  We have since been advised that the information that Corrections Research Evaluation and Statistics (CRES) team is handling the data is incorrect.

The PMES is managed by the Public Service Commission and provides data to each NSW Department based on responses from the employees within that Department only. In the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), the data for its employees’ responses is provided to the Organisational Development and Learning team, which then disseminates the data to each division within DCJ.

The PSA supports our members participating in the PMES, which provides valuable information that can help shape future policy and identify problem areas that need attention.
